WWF International’s leadership has committed to build strong country offices so that impact on the ground can be achieved. As part of building strong country offices, organizational development (OD) is a crucial step to ensuring that this objective is met. At WWF Thailand, OD is essential to prepare the organization for expected growth in its funding and programs. This growth period will require enhancing leadership at the manager level, adding skills of staff as and instilling new ways of working according to the organization’s core values and goals. WWF Thailand is seeking for a human resources or OD professional who has experience in implementation and monitoring of people development projects in corporate settings, international organizations or other relevant sectors.
The Organisational Development (OD) Manager will manage and will be responsible for the implementation, and monitoring of the OD workplan with a priority on developing high quality, innovative programmes and building capacity within teams through professional development and continuous learning of team members, particularly executives and emerging leaders.
In addition, the OD Manager is responsible for managing relations and communicating with the donors, and advising the Country Management Team on the progress of the OD workplan.
Part of the PC team with dotted line to CEO, work closely with Conservation Programme Teams, Conservation Support Teams, Country Management Team, Project Managers,
Interact with PC colleagues in other WWF offices in the Asia Pacific region as well as the International Secretariat.
